Description We are looking for a Jr. Administrative Assistant to join a global team in San Diego, California on a Contract basis. This position supports senior leaders and day-to-day operations in a fast-moving environment, requiring sound judgment, exceptional organization, and a service-oriented approach. The role is well suited to someone who can manage shifting priorities, coordinate logistics across time zones, and represent the team with tact and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate conference calls across multiple time zones to keep priorities on track.

Organize domestic and international travel plans for meetings and race-related events, including itineraries, lodging, and transportation details.

Provide administrative support for visiting guests and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and detail-oriented experience from arrival through follow-up.

Track action items, support project coordination, and help move operational tasks forward in partnership with team leaders.

Prepare, review, and maintain records such as travel materials, meeting documents, and export-import documentation with a high level of accuracy.

Serve as a dependable point of contact for scheduling changes, logistical questions, and time-sensitive administrative needs.

Assist with event and race support activities throughout the year, including tasks that may occasionally require flexibility outside standard business hours. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, executive support, or operations coordination role.

Strong ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Experience arranging travel and coordinating logistics for multiple stakeholders.

Comfortable working with conference calls, virtual meetings, and cross-functional communication.

Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and follow-through.

Clear and effective communication style with the ability to interact warmly with a wide range of contacts.
