Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead online growth efforts for our machinery manufacturing business in Orlando, Florida. This role blends strategy and execution, with responsibility for strengthening brand visibility across search, content, paid media, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a data-focused mindset, and the ability to turn digital insights into measurable business results.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement integrated digital marketing plans that increase website traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Guide and support cross-functional marketing contributors focused on content development, search performance, and paid media execution.

Direct organic search and AI-search visibility initiatives to improve brand presence across major search engines and generative discovery platforms.

Oversee paid search programs, working with internal partners and external agencies to improve return on ad spend and campaign efficiency.

Partner with content stakeholders to produce informative, optimized materials that perform well in both conventional search results and AI-assisted experiences.

Review website, campaign, and channel performance data to uncover trends, refine targeting, and improve conversion outcomes.

Track changes in search behavior, platform algorithms, and AI marketing technology to identify new opportunities for growth.

Apply AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting, enhance campaign planning, and strengthen content and performance strategies.

Work closely with leadership to define success metrics, report progress, and align digital marketing priorities with business goals. Requirements - At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with significant exposure to search strategy, content marketing, and performance-driven campaigns.

Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring team members across content, search optimization, and paid media functions.

Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page improvements, keyword planning, link acquisition, and site performance best practices.

Familiarity with optimizing brand visibility for AI-powered search environments and large language model discovery channels.

Hands-on experience managing paid search initiatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.

Proficiency with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or comparable tools.

Ability to use AI strategically to improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Innovation starts with people.®
