Location: Onsite in Coal Center, PA

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk to support key operations and collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is your chance to join a dynamic team, grow your career, and make a daily impact!

Top Skills We're Seeking:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Solid administrative experience

Background in manufacturing admin strongly preferred

What You'll Do:

Complete comprehensive training to master departmental processes and corporate procedures

Support a wide range of administrative duties: order follow-up, report creation, daily operational tasks, and more

Triage and respond to phone calls, texts, emails, and other digital communications, while managing concurrent administrative responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Production, HR, Maintenance, Shipping, and other departments to deliver outstanding service

Collaborate closely with business owners to ensure timely project delivery

Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Clear, respectful, and timely communicator - both with your team and customers

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Proven problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation

Experience with enterprise systems (such as AS/400, Kiwiplan, Amtech, JD Edwards, Salesforce, Sage, and EDI/Customer Portals) a plus

Qualifications:

Required: Administrative, clerical, customer service, or related experience-preferably in manufacturing or similar industry

Required: High school diploma or GED

Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree

Physical Requirements:

Frequent typing and reaching, light lifting (up to 20 lbs), ability to work in a seated position in a busy, climate-controlled environment.

Work Environment:

Expect a mostly sedentary role within a climate-controlled, occasionally noisy manufacturing office. Strict adherence to company safety procedures is essential.
