Who we're looking for

Toyota's Quality Control (QC) Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated QC Administrative professional.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the Powertrain and Transaxle Divisions within Quality Control and Quality Engineering.

Reporting to the Quality Control Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Quality department's objective to provide optimal Quality Control and Quality Engineering support at all levels of the Powertrain and Transaxle Divisions at Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia (TMMWV).

Support Quality department reporting functions

Support Quality department travel arrangements

Administrative support

Internal Quality communications Fleet Vehicle Administration

What you bring

Prior Administrative professional experience

Calendar management using Outlook

Exemplary time management skills

Knowledge of Excel and use of intermediate level formulas

Independent self-starter

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines for each

Added bonus if you have

BS Business Administration

Advanced Excel skills

Ariba experience
