Description

We are looking for a part-time (10-3 est) Contracts Administrator to support a high-volume portfolio of agreement processing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep documents moving efficiently, coordinate across stakeholders, and work comfortably with standard-form agreements such as tutoring service contracts and student data privacy documents. The role requires strong organizational judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage contract activity within legal or document management platforms.

Responsibilities:

Review, prepare, and route a large volume of sell-side agreements using district-approved templates and standard contract forms.

Coordinate contract intake, tracking, and follow-up to help maintain steady progress across hundreds of active agreements.

Support the administration of tutoring program contracts and related student data privacy documents with accuracy and consistency.

Communicate with internal teams and external parties to gather required information, resolve document issues, and move agreements toward completion.

Maintain organized contract records within legal operations, contract management, or document management systems such as Ironclad or similar platforms.

Monitor agreement status, key dates, and outstanding items to ensure timely processing and clear visibility into contract progress.

Assist with contract-related administrative tasks, including document review, version control, and preparation for approvals or signatures.

Requirements - Experience in contract administration, contract coordination, or document management in a legal, corporate, or law firm environment.

Familiarity with standard commercial or service agreements; advanced negotiation expertise is not required.

Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.

Exposure to legal software, contract lifecycle management tools, or document management systems; experience with Ironclad is a plus.

Associate degree in paralegal studies or comparable hands-on experience supporting an attorney or legal team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and clarifying contract requirements.

Working knowledge of contract management practices, including tracking, recordkeeping, and document flow administration.
