Adecco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Workers with our client in Joplin, MO. Join a dynamic team and play an essential role in ensuring products are safely and efficiently prepared for shipment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for end-of-line packaging, palletizing, and organizing finished goods, ensuring that all items are securely packed and ready for delivery. You'll also support maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse environment while assisting with various warehouse functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform packaging and palletizing of products at the end of the production line

Verify that all items are correctly packed and ready for shipment

Organize finished goods and ensure proper storage

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Support other warehouse tasks as required

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

At least 1 year of related warehouse or manufacturing experience

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions

Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk around the warehouse

Work Schedule:

This position follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, alternating between days (6:00 am - 6:00 pm) and nights (6:00 pm - 6:00 am). Employees work four days one week and three days the next, with each rotation including one weekend.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
