Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Harrisburg, PA.

Position Summary:

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a

Staff Accountant

. This role reports to the Senior Accounting Manager and is responsible for various accounting functions related to treasury operations, financial analysis, general ledger reconciliations, and internal reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create and distribute various bank detail reports daily.

Create various bank detail reports and distribute to management.

Upload, monitor, investigate various treasury internal controls (positive pay).

Complete outgoing wires / ach payments as needed.

Process incoming checks via remote deposit.

Administer and manage the company credit card payment program.

Assist with company P-Card program.

Prepare vendor / supplier application forms.

Assist with various insurance tasks (insurance certificates, renewals).

Review, analyze, and prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations on monthly basis.

Reconciliation of E-Commerce sales.

Prepare and review journal entries during month-end close process.

Assist with year-end financial audit as required. Compile audit samples as requested by external auditors.

Other general accounting duties as assigned.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

3-5 years of related accounting experience preferred

Experience with treasury management preferred

Experience with Microsoft D365 preferred

Ability to multi-task on various projects

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of company personnel

Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
