Based in any city with a Drury Hotel, you will conduct sales activities related to selling our portfolio of 150 hotels in 26 states, including guest rooms and meeting facilities.The Account Sales Executive will secure bookings & build relationships within the tour segment.Responsibilities:· Secure B2B bookings across our brand.· Grow mid-tier accounts (3+hotels) with expansion potential.· Develop new business within the tour segment.· Manage RFPs, negotiate rates, and complete bids.· Deliver exceptional communication internally & externally.· Analyze trends, identify opportunities, & make data-driven recommendations.· Utilize Drury resources and adhere to company procedures.· Provide outstanding customer service.· Travel up to 50%.Requirements:3-5 years B2B sales & account management experience (tour segment preferred).College degree preferred (sales/marketing a plus).Proficient in MS Office & communication (written & oral).Strong time management & organization skills.Intermediate sales knowledge & professional business practices.Rise.
