As a Finishing Operator, you will play a critical role in crafting high-precision orthopedic implants, applying mirror and matte surface finishes to meet strict regulatory and customer standards. Your manual dexterity and keen eye for detail will ensure each product achieves the highest surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Finish orthopedic implants by applying mirror and matte surface treatments with precision and consistency

Inspect finished products for surface quality, adherence to specifications, and defect detection using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Maintain accurate documentation of work and quality checks in compliance with SOPs

Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

At least 1 year of experience polishing orthopedic implants or precision metal components in a regulated medical device or manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Proficiency with inspection tools and documentation practices

Ability to work reliably on 2nd or 3rd shift, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $30.75 per hour
