Job Title: Journeyman Painter

Overview

Hiring experienced commercial and industrial painters for high-volume spray work. Projects include manufacturing facilities, data centers, and other large commercial sites.

Responsibilities

Operate gas spray rigs and spray equipment

Apply primers, epoxy, polyurethane, and finish coatings

Prepare surfaces through masking, taping, and cleaning

Operate aerial lifts as needed

Perform touch-ups and quality checks

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

Requirements

5+ years of commercial painting experience

Experience using gas spray rigs

Experience operating aerial lifts

Experience with epoxy and polyurethane coatings

Ability to wear a respirator for extended periods

Reliable transportation and tools

Preferred

Industrial or data center project experience

Experience painting concrete, metal, and structural steel

Strong attention to detail

Schedule

Start time: 5:00 AM

8-10 hour shifts

Work Environment

Commercial and industrial job sites

Small crews (5-10 people)

Indoor and outdoor work

PPE and respirator required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
