As a Security Officer Full Time - Overnights in Oshkosh, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, team-oriented culture. Mon12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Tue12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Thur12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Fri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, reporting unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.

Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
