We're hiring Construction Laborers to help build a new hotel in Telluride, Colorado. This is a long-term opportunity with steady work, housing provided, and per diem available.
What You'll Do
Assist with site preparation, demolition, and jobsite cleanup
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
Help with grading, digging, concrete work, and general construction tasks
Support carpenters, equipment operators, and other trades
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
What We're Looking For
Previous construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
Commercial construction experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Ability to work safely as part of a team
Work Environment
Outdoor work in a mountain, high-altitude environment
Residential and commercial construction projects
Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and working on uneven terrain
Winter construction and snow removal duties may be required
Pay & Benefits
$25-$30/hour , depending on experience
Housing provided
$50/day per diem paid 7 days per week
3-year hotel construction project

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
