Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administrative support professional to join our dynamic team. This position has opened due to our company's rapid growth and the need for additional support in our administrative functions. The role is primarily focused on order entry, sales support, and performing clerical tasks. You will work closely with team members who may be traveling or working remotely, thus flexibility and adaptability are key.

Responsibilities

Perform order entry and sales support functions.

Process orders and print tags using SAP.

Create and maintain data reports in spreadsheets.

Coordinate shipping activities.

Run reports and provide backup support for various functions as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in SAP, particularly in order entry.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for report creation and maintenance.

Excellent communication and technical skills.

2+ years of experience in administrative, order entry, clerical, customer service, sales support, production support, or shipping coordination roles.

Experience working within an ERP system, with SAP experience strongly preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a significant plus.

Familiarity with Power BI is preferred but not required.

Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

High school diploma required; additional education is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

The role is based in an office setting with regular business hours from Monday to Friday. Flexible start and stop times are available between 7 AM and 5 PM. The work environment is fast-paced due to the company's growth, particularly in data centers and infrastructure.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesterfield, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
