Administrative Assistant to District Vice President

Make a difference.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support a Vice President.

In this role you will:

Maintain flow of correspondence and communications

Gather research data for projects

Set up and maintain files, records, and correspondence

Receive visitors, and schedule appointments

Transcribe dictation

Assist in budget preparation

Make travel plans

What you bring to the table:

Minimum of 1 year of experience required

2+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting Executives preferred

2 year degree preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related applications

Time management, organizational and multitasking skills

Oral and written communication skills

Customer service skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Shorthand and Dictaphone skills if required by Vice President

Pay Details:

The expected pay for this position is $35.00 per hour depending on experience.
