General Requirements:

Associates Degree in related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Two years relevant administrative assistant experience or experience in a related field. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.

Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:

Performs administrative assistant duties for a department, college or division.

Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):

Performs administrative assistant duties. Schedules the concert calendar and manages the School of Music facility space usage. Liaison with Friends of Music and the CAM Marketing and Communications Team. Summer Camp administrator. Manages the School of Music office student workers. Oversees IDEA faculty evaluations, Market Place portal, and book orders. Performs other duties as assigned.
