Job Duties:This position reports directly to the Division Director and the Executive Assistant II within the Correctional Institutions Division, providing consistent and reliable daily support to agency leadership. Key responsibilities include coordinating with agency executives, answering and directing phone calls from both the public and internal staff, logging and distributing incoming documents, and reviewing all submitted materials for accuracy and completeness You'd be a GOOD fit if:You are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and stay organized while managing your time effectively.You'd be a GREAT fit if:You have a background in criminal justice, maintain confidentiality with sensitivity, communicate clearly and professionally, adapt quickly to new systems and priorities, and are proficient with standard office software while eager to learn new tools.
