Department: CC73700 Physical Therapy

Shift: 0.6 FTE, Days; 7:30a-4:00p with one late shift per week to cover same day surgeries

Facility: Olympia Fields Hospital

Location: 20201 Crawford Avenue Olympia Fields, IL

Responsibilities

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. Current state Physical Therapy license. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
