SUMMARY: Oversees daily fountain operations, customer service, and staff supervision. Key duties include managing food preparation, inventory control, and staff training.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 1 year Prior retail, food service, or restaurant shift management preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, patience in training younger staff, and basic organizational abilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, clean, stock, and lift inventory items.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Operations and Service: Oversee the counter service ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness. Staff Management: Hire, train, and schedule frontline staffoften including part-time student or teenage workersproviding hands-on guidance during busy shifts. Inventory and Ordering: Monitor stock levels placing reorders as needed. Customer Relations: Maintain a welcoming, community-focused environment for local residents and travelers.
