What You'll Do
Every shift, you'll contribute to a manufacturing process where quality, safety, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor sophisticated production equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe workplace.
Inspect raw materials, work-in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality and cleanliness standards.
Accurately document production activity, process parameters, equipment readings, and quality checks.
Identify and communicate equipment issues while assisting with basic troubleshooting to keep production running efficiently.
Safely operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Perform assembly and production tasks with a high level of precision and consistency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-controlled work environment.
Complete routine cleaning and minor maintenance activities to support uninterrupted operations.
Follow all cleanroom procedures and contamination-control protocols.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals while maintaining world-class quality standards.

Required Skills
Ability to perform general production and manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures accurately.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing a full bunny suit and PPE.
Ability to work safely around chemicals and manufacturing materials.
Basic machine operation and mechanical aptitude.
Strong assembly and hand-eye coordination skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, cleanliness, and process compliance.
Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, candidates with the following experience may excel in this role:
Manufacturing, production, or general labor experience.
Cleanroom or GMP-regulated environment experience.
Familiarity with contamination-control standards and procedures.
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other industrial equipment.
Experience documenting production data and following detailed work instructions.
Ability to adapt to rotating schedules and changing production demands.
Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and eagerness to learn.

Work Environment
You'll work in a highly controlled, clean manufacturing environment where precision and quality matter. Employees wear full cleanroom attire, including bunny suits and specialized PPE, to help maintain contamination-free production conditions.
Schedule
12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Schedule rotates between:
Approximately 36 hours one week
Approximately 48 hours the following week
Night shift employees receive a valuable shift differential in addition to their base pay.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.46/hr.
