What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll work across various departments including:
Assembly
Brazing
Crating & Packaging
Expanding
Hairpin Production
Header Fabrication
Testing
Press Operations
Additional manufacturing areas as needed

Your Impact
Produce high-quality work while meeting production goals and efficiency standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and technical documents.
Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
Follow quality standards and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a strong safety-first mindset and immediately communicate concerns or opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to support daily producti4on objectives.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and develop new manufacturing skills.

Preferred Experience
While not required for every department, experience in any of the following areas is highly valued:
Manufacturing machine operation (Press, CNC, Expander, or similar equipment)
Copper-to-copper brazing or related fabrication processes
Assembly and production line work
Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation
Quality inspection and testing processes
Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills
Working in a dynamic manufacturing environment where teamwork and flexibility drive success

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.
