Mechanical Assembler

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $20-$23/hr + 10% Shift Differential on 2nd Shift

Training will be completed on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

What You'll Do

Assemble components and subassemblies using blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions

Perform assembly line and production-related tasks to meet daily manufacturing goals

Conduct quality inspections and functional testing to ensure products meet specifications

Troubleshoot assembly issues and contribute to continuous process improvements

Support and train less experienced assemblers as needed

Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience

Previous assembly line experience

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Lean manufacturing experience

Experience training, mentoring, or assisting other team members

Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment

Work Environment

Modern, air-conditioned manufacturing facility

Active production setting requiring standing, walking, and hands-on assembly work throughout the shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.30/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
