In this role as a Retail Field Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering in-store training to Event Specialists, supporting the onboarding of new team members, and fostering strong, positive relationships with store personnel. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and capable of providing clear, effective training. Have basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner Available to work up to 28 hours; 5 shifts per week, Thursday - Monday Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment Have reliable transportation to...
