We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to support workforce administration and lead the facility administration team. This role works closely with Operations, HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and HRIS teams to ensure accurate employee records, onboarding, reporting, and payroll support.

Pay: $28.85 - $31.25 per hour (equivalent to $60,000 - $65,000 annually)

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, some weekends as needed

Pay Rate: $28.85 - $31.25 / hour

Duties:

Lead and support the administration team

Coordinate employee onboarding and recruiting activities

Maintain and audit employee records and timekeeping data

Support payroll processing and HRIS administration

Monitor attendance and performance processes

Generate workforce reports and ensure data accuracy

Assist with employee engagement and workforce planning

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Experience with warehouse operations, HR, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS systems

Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Strong communication and organizational skills

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: Bachelors.

Work Location: WFS - Windsor Locks, CT, Windsor Locks, CT 06096.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $28.85 - $31.25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
