Data Entry Associate

Location: Neenah, WI Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $22/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Associate to support our Customer Service team in Neenah, WI. This position will play a key role in ensuring our data is accurate and up-to-date, contributing to our team's overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems

Assist with data verification and quality control

Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines

Collaborate with the customer service team to support daily operations

Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for organizing and analyzing information

Follow established procedures for data management and confidentiality

Qualifications

Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis)

SAP experience or experience in similar programs is a must

Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Quick learner with a willingness to learn new processes and systems

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality

Takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities
