JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Appleton, WI Schedule: Consistent 4-Day Work Week Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Are you looking for a stable job with a consistent schedule, overtime opportunities, and the potential to be hired permanently? We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals for Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate positions at a customer distribution facility in the Appleton area. Job Responsibilities Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently. Transport and place product into warehouse racking locations. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Support other departments when requested. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety and operational procedures. Qualifications Stand-up forklift experience is preferred. Candidates with at least 6 months of experience operating any @type of forklift are encouraged to apply. Willingness to learn and be trained on stand-up forklift equipment if needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be dependable with strong attendance and work ethic. Flexibility to assist in non-forklift departments when business needs require. Physical Requirements Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods. Shift Information & Pay Day Shift Hours: 7:00 AM until work is completed could vary on any given day Pay: \$18.43 - \$19.43 per hour Night Shift Hours: 9:00 PM until work is completed could vary on any given day Pay: \$20.14 - \$21.14 per hour What We Offer Consistent 4-day work week Overtime opportunities Temp-to-hire opportunity Training and career growth potential Team-oriented work environment ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Physical Requirements Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
