Warehouse Associate / Material Handler - $22/hr - Temp-to-Hire - Days

At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to join a growing team in the Rochester area! If you enjoy staying active, working in a warehouse environment, and providing great customer service, this could be the opportunity for you.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay:

$22.00/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do:

Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately

Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments

Verify materials before loading to ensure order accuracy

Restock inventory and organize warehouse materials

Keep the warehouse, office, and company vehicles clean and organized

Assist walk-in customers by locating and preparing the materials they need for pickup

Work closely with the inside sales team to fulfill customer orders

Follow all warehouse and safety procedures

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license required

Ability to regularly lift 40-70 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, and climb throughout the workday

Must be at least 18 years old
