Description

We are looking for a dependable Part Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a wholesale distribution organization. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping workstreams organized, providing a welcoming first point of contact, and assisting teams with a range of administrative needs. The role offers a part-time schedule and calls for someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors, answer incoming inquiries, and create a welcoming and friendly front-office experience.

Coordinate calendars by arranging meetings and appointments and helping ensure schedules stay organized.

Enter, update, and verify information in company records with a high level of accuracy.

Maintain both digital and paper filing systems so documents remain accessible and well organized.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries while keeping distribution organized.

Track office supply levels and help coordinate routine workplace and administrative needs.

Provide administrative support across departments by assisting with special projects and general office tasks.

Handle sensitive information carefully and maintain confidentiality in all administrative activities.

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, or receptionist capacity is required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Clear written and verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to customer interactions.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
