Performance Marketing Manager, Hybrid

Paid Media Manager is the internal title

Hybrid is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Digital team. This role is ideal for a paid media professional who enjoys balancing hands-on campaign execution with leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will oversee high-performing paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels while partnering with Account Directors, Digital leadership, and clients to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive enrollment and brand growth for higher education institutions worldwide.

In addition to managing complex digital campaigns, you'll play a key role in developing team capabilities, improving operational processes, and helping shape the continued growth of Hybrid's Paid Media function. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to expand their leadership experience while remaining deeply involved in digital strategy and campaign performance.

This hire will be based in our Philadelphia, PA office.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, optimization, and strategic direction of paid media campaigns while supporting the growth and development of Hybrid's Digital team.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Lead the planning, launch, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.

Develop sophisticated campaign strategies, audience targeting, bidding approaches, and measurement frameworks.

Oversee campaign pacing, budget allocation, and performance to ensure client goals are achieved.

Manage complex campaign builds while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Client Strategy & Performance

Serve as a trusted digital marketing advisor to clients by translating campaign performance into strategic recommendations.

Present campaign insights, reporting, and optimization strategies during client meetings.

Develop detailed performance analyses, competitor research, and actionable recommendations.

Partner with Account Directors to support integrated media planning and long-term client success.
