Manufacturing Technician I

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Location: Fremont, CA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven individual to join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician I. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies

Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems, including more complex systems

Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI)

Determine test specifications, methods, and procedures based on the Statement of Work (SOW)

Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as needed

Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems

Perform additional tasks as assigned, such as unpacking, packaging, labeling, and crating

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Demonstrated ability to communicate and follow verbal and written instructions

Familiarity with manufacturing documentation

Knowledge of basic office software applications (word processors, spreadsheets, and databases)

Basic knowledge and understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting

Ability to regularly lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work on ladders

Minimum of 1 year related experience

High School diploma or equivalent
