The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Consulting - Warehouse Automation Senior Associate, you will have the chance to transform supply chains into strategic assets for our clients. Within our Operations practice, you will focus on optimizing supply chain footprints, logistics, and integrated business planning solutions to drive growth and profitability. You will collaborate with clients to develop innovative strategies that enhance their competitive advantage, making a tangible impact on their operations.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex business issues, from strategy to execution. You will build meaningful client relationships, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity to deliver quality solutions. Your role involves mentoring others, analyzing complex concepts, and maintaining professional standards. You will use critical thinking to break down challenges and develop a deeper understanding of the business @context, guiding and inspiring your team to achieve results.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps organizations optimize their operations, focusing on product innovation, procurement, and manufacturing processes. You will have the opportunity to grow your personal brand and technical skills, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies while upholding ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize logistics and distribution channels

Collaborating with clients to transform supply chains into strategic assets for competitive advantage

Analyzing complex business issues and providing solutions from strategy to execution

Utilizing supply chain management software to enhance operational efficiency and performance

Managing inventory levels and procurement processes to support business planning and cost management

Leading initiatives in warehouse automation and connected supply chain operations

Applying analytical thinking to extract insights from industry trends and market data

Reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and relevance to maintain professional standards

Embracing change and adapting strategies to align with evolving business environments

Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and development

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 2 years of experience

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science

Demonstrating proficiency in supply chain management software

Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex supply chain issues

Excelling in logistics and inventory management

Embracing change and adapting to new industry trends

Developing strategic sourcing and procurement strategies

Leveraging operational excellence to optimize supply chain performance

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
