Job Description Abbey Hill Group, LLC of Louisville, KY seeking 1 perm FT Program Operations Manager. Oversees daily ops of a residential facility providing behavioral health svcs to high acuity clients; Manages staff, ensures client care, maintains reg compliance, & improves operational processes; Works closely w/ clinical teams, admin staff, & external stakeholders to create safe, supportive, & therapeutic envmt for clients; Oversees day-to-day ops of facility; Ensures safety, cleanliness, & maintenance; Coordinates w/ maintenance & housekeeping to address issues; Recruits, trains, & supervises staff, incl direct care workers, admin personnel, & support staff; Conducts reg staff mtgs, perf evals, & prof dev sessions; Fosters positive wk envmt & addresses staff concerns/conflicts; Ensures high acuity clients receive individualized, evidence-based care; Monitors client prog & works w/ clinical teams to adj care plans; Addresses client issues or emergencies; Ensures compliance w/ fed, state, & local regs, & co. policies & procedures; Implements & oversees quality assurance progs to maintain high stds of care; Prepares for & participates in inspections & audits by reg bodies; Devs & implements policies & procedures to improve efficiency; Manages budget, incl staffing, supplies, & other operational costs; Utilizes data & analytics to monitor perf & id areas for impvmt; Works closely w/ clinical teams, incl therapists, nurses, & drs, to ensure integrated & comprehensive care; Open & effective communication w/ clients' families, guardians, & external stakeholders; Represents facility at community mtgs, conferences, & other events; Dvlp & implement crisis mgmt plans & protocols; Trains staff on emergency procedures & ensures readiness to handle crises; Leads response to emergencies, coordinates w/ internal & external resources.
