Shift: 24hr Sat-Sunday- 7am-7:30pm Mon-Tuesday- 3pm-11:30pm

What's a typical day as Inventory Specialist? You'll be:
Serving as on-site support in the storeroom/logistics area, handling receiving, stocking, issuing, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting
Providing outstanding customer service as a regular point of contact for client inventory needs
Using computer systems to track, verify, and maintain inventory records
Locating stock, delivering items, and processing requests both in person and through Kanban systems
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards
Unpacking, verifying, and entering materials into inventory systems
Pulling, staging, and kitting materials as required
Handling returns, preparing shipments, and supporting other logistics functions
Performing cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and reporting discrepancies
Keeping the storeroom organized and clean
Supporting special projects and corporate initiatives as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma (required)
Possess 0-2 years of warehouse or storeroom operations experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
Demonstrate basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and are willing to learn new software
Are able to learn part identification and inventory systems quickly
Pride yourself on excellent customer service, organization, and attention to detail
Can follow established procedures and maintain accuracy
Have basic math skills and the ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license (may require valid driver's license)
Are physically able to walk, stand, carry, and lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted, and operate material handling equipment as needed
Are flexible with shifts and able to work overtime as required
