What You'll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide end-to-end leadership for strategic projects and programs-from concept through successful implementation. You'll work closely with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
In this role you will:
Lead multiple strategic, cross-functional projects and programs that support key business priorities across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Customer Excellence, and other functional teams.
Drive project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring accountability, proactive communication, and successful delivery of milestones and business outcomes.
Develop project charters, detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and governance structures that enable efficient execution.
Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to define project objectives, priorities, risks, and success metrics.
Proactively identify project risks, evaluate options using data-driven analysis, facilitate decision-making, and escalate issues when appropriate.
Monitor project performance using established project management methodologies, tools, and key performance indicators.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources while balancing competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that communicate project health, progress, risks, and recommendations.
Foster collaboration across global teams while influencing stakeholders and driving alignment in a matrixed organization.
Challenge existing processes and champion continuous improvement opportunities that increase efficiency and business value.
Promote best practices in project and program management while supporting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or another related technical discipline.
5+ years of project or program management experience with a demonstrated history of successfully leading complex initiatives from concept through implementation.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
Experience overseeing significant capital and operational budgets while delivering measurable business value through revenue growth, cost savings, operational improvements, or other strategic outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed, global business environment.
Strong understanding of formal project management principles, methodologies, and governance practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Lean and/or Six Sigma experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience supporting strategic transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is based in Grand Island, NY or Hunt Valley, MD and Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $94,000.00-$140,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
