We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in downtown Louisville. As a family-owned collections company, we pride ourselves on a collaborative work environment where you will manage a diverse team of administrative associates and collections specialists.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations effectively.

Provide coaching, training, and feedback to employees to ensure professional growth.

Oversee administrative support and customer service activities.

Ensure efficient handling of collections customer service tasks.

Essential Skills

2+ years of management experience.

Proficiency in office management and customer service.

Strong skills in training and coaching employees.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in a high client-interaction environment.

2+ years of supervisory experience.

Work Environment

The position offers first shift hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, with bonuses based on attendance. Employees have access to parking provided behind the building. The work environment is set within a collections company, fostering both administrative and collections service teams.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
