Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.50 per hour
Shifts:
Monday to Friday 5pm to 9pm
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

What's a typical day as an Imaging Specialist? You'll be:
Preparing and sorting hard copy records for scanning based on specific client requests
Scanning documents using third-party software, ensuring quality images and following production procedures
Completing internal documentation and maintaining proper tracking of scanned files
Conducting quality checks on all documents to ensure image accuracy and correcting errors as needed
Manually entering required data fields via keyboard for validation and verification tasks
Reassembling documents to their original condition and preparing them for delivery
Maintaining and troubleshooting scanning hardware and software, performing daily maintenance and safety checks
Assisting with the training of new Imaging Specialists and collaborating with team members
Lifting and moving boxes (up to 35 lbs) from pallets to workstations as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Have at least 1 year of related experience in a team-focused environment, preferably in a service industry
Possess basic PC computer skills and attention to detail
Can consistently lift up to 35 pounds, push and pull boxes, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and overhead reaching
Are able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to project changes
Can maintain record order and sequence and work at a sustained pace to meet production rates
Are comfortable collaborating in a team environment and assisting with training as needed
