Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support recruiting and office operations in Duncan, South Carolina. This contract position with permanent potential is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys balancing clerical work with team support, and takes pride in accuracy. The role combines administrative coordination, reporting, job posting support, and assistance with presentation and proposal materials. Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a willingness to step in wherever help is needed.

Responsibilities:

Manage a variety of administrative tasks that support daily recruiting and office activities while keeping work organized and on schedule.

Post open positions, maintain accurate updates to job-related information, and help ensure listings remain current.

Prepare, update, and organize reports for internal teams and client-facing needs with a high level of accuracy.

Enter data into spreadsheets and tracking tools, reviewing information carefully to maintain consistency and completeness.

Assist with presentation decks, proposal documents, and related materials using tools such as PowerPoint or Canva when needed.

Provide clerical and receptionist-style support, including handling inbound calls and responding to requests from recruiters and team members.

Partner closely with leadership and staff by taking ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identifying additional ways to help.

Support occasional overtime needs, with some flexibility to complete extra hours remotely when approved. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, recruiting support, or office coordination role.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Proficiency with data entry and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting tasks.

Comfortable answering inbound calls and providing front-office or receptionist support with strong attention to detail.

Ability to create clear, well-crafted documents or presentations; experience with PowerPoint or Canva is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with recruiters, leadership, and other team members.
