Administrative Assistant / Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator in Bensalem.

Job Summary

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join a growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and serving as a key point of contact for customers, sales staff, and office leadership.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Office Manager, assist with customer inquiries, and help ensure smooth communication between customers and the sales team. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Location: On-Site

Schedule:

Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Monday & Sunday Off

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Respond to customer questions and provide exceptional customer service

Support the sales team by facilitating communication between customers and internal staff

Assist with order inquiries, customer follow-up, and general sales support activities

Help maintain efficient office operations and workflow

Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members as needed

Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports

Manage correspondence, filing, and data entry tasks

Coordinate information and communications to ensure timely responses and follow-up

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service, Receptionist, Sales Support, or Office Coordinator role preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Professional phone demeanor and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment

Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting a sales team or customer-facing office environment

Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and inquiries

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
