Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Senior Marketing Strategist opportunity with a Hybrid Schedule. It heavily leverages data analytics for credit underwriting and marketing, offering a broad suite of consumer checking, high-yield savings, and commercial banking services.

Responsibilities for Senior Marketing Strategist include but are not limited to:

· Support the translation of business objectives, audience insights, and market trends into cohesive go-to-market strategies.

· Leverage experience across a variety of marketing channels and tactics to execute data-backed marketing strategies that drive brand associations, generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive results throughout the audience journey.

· Build effective relationships with peers, partners, and leaders, working collaboratively toward common goals and priorities.

· Serve as a reliable partner and advisor, helping to execute business decisions and deliver on shared objectives.

· Drive projects from intent to action by collaborating with diverse resources, monitoring progress, and reporting back on performance metrics.

· Help manage regular business reviews of key investments and initiatives, including campaign performance data analysis, maintaining project artifacts and tracking goals.

· Lead day-to-day program activities, including campaign budgeting support, strategic prioritization, deck building, meeting cadences,

· status reporting, and meeting deadlines across a variety of stakeholders.

· Quickly and thoughtfully respond to evolving business needs, shifting road maps and tactics as appropriate.

· Utilize data, feedback, and metrics to identify areas of opportunity and work with partner groups to continuously improve campaign performance.

Candidates for Senior Marketing Strategist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Bachelors Degree or Military Experience

· At least 5 years of experience in marketing strategy or marketing planning

Preferred Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in account management 2+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Talent Marketing, or Recruitment Marketing

· 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

· 2+ years of experience in Consumer or Employer Brand Strategy

· Experience working within a Fortune 500 company

· Experience with Agile methodologies

· Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Shift: Hybrid, M-F; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $50.00 per hour
