Description

A well-established, family-owned service organization is seeking an Inside Sales / Account Coordinator to support customers, follow up on quotes, and help drive existing business opportunities through the sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

Follow up on customer quotes and proposals

Communicate with customers regarding pricing, orders, and service requests

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and order fulfillment

Track opportunities and support the sales process from inquiry through completion

Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to build rapport and confidently interact with customers

Experience in inside sales, customer service, account coordination, sales support, or counter sales

Experience in HVAC, industrial distribution, auto parts, construction supply, electrical/plumbing supply, manufacturing, or similar industries is highly preferred

Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
