Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipe product line within the underground infrastructure market. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, building relationships with contractors, municipalities, utility providers, and construction companies, and driving revenue growth throughout the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in equipment rental, underground construction, civil infrastructure, utilities, or related industries who is looking to expand their career into a growing product segment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, municipalities, and utility customers within the underground construction market.

Drive sales growth of HDPE pipe products and related solutions.

Identify opportunities to bundle pipe products with equipment rentals and other underground infrastructure needs.

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry relationships.

Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer project requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project execution.

Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers through site visits, calls, and meetings.

Track sales activity and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of outside sales, business development, or account management experience.

Experience in one or more of the following industries:

? Equipment rental

? Underground utilities

? Civil construction

? Infrastructure

? Pipe, waterworks, or drainage products

? Utility contracting

Knowledge of underground equipment such as excavators, trenchers, pumps, or related construction equipment is highly preferred.
