Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to join their team. As a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be part of the Strategy & Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Pay Range: $90

What's the Job?

Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and launch new products, offers, and growth programs.

Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market leaders to define and execute strategic business initiatives.

Evaluate customer segments, market opportunities, channel strategies, and revenue potential.

Coordinate business requirements and systems enablement needed to operationalize new offerings.

Serve as a thought partner to leadership teams on growth strategy and business priorities.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Economics, or related field.

8+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting.

Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business planning skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
