Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. This role provides candidates with their first impression of the organization, requiring exceptional organization, communication, and customer service skills. The position offers an excellent opportunity to broaden recruiting experience and contribute to building a high-performing organization of talented individuals.
Responsibilities
Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed.
Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking and recruiting systems.
Confirm new hires and ensure accurate and timely documentation in recruiting systems.
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports on candidate status and pipeline progress.
Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and distribute debrief materials to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency.
Assist with the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities as needed.
Deliver high-quality administrative support to recruiters and hiring teams, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruiting systems.
Demonstrated ability to schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and appointments.
Background in administrative support or administrative assistant responsibilities.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree.

Work Environment
This role operates within a fast-paced recruiting organization that emphasizes collaboration, responsiveness, and high-quality candidate interactions. The position involves frequent use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking or recruiting systems to manage candidate data, schedules, and reports. During the contract period, the team is open to a hybrid arrangement that includes working three days onsite in Seattle, with the remaining time potentially remote, depending on team needs and policies. The environment values flexibility, adaptability, and professionalism, with regular interaction with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
