Part-Time Administrative Coordinator (20 Hours/Week)

Location: Remote

Schedule: 20 hours per week, approximately 4 hours per day

Experience Level: Intermediate

Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide critical administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience managing high-volume administrative workflows, and proficiency with business collaboration and document management systems. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives on organization, enjoys supporting multiple stakeholders, and can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage high-volume DocuSign signature routing processes and ensure timely completion of document workflows.

Monitor and triage a high volume of emails and communications, responding appropriately and directing inquiries to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.

Support document curation and administration within contract lifecycle management and document management systems.

Assist with purchase order-related processes and coordinate communications with accounting and finance teams.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Smartsheet to track projects, maintain records, and support operational activities.

Participate in and support virtual meetings through Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Provide general administrative support and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience in administrative support or office coordination.

Advanced proficiency with:

DocuSign

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

SharePoint

Smartsheet

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workflows with accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and document repositories.

Understanding of purchase order processes and accounting department interactions.

Experience supporting clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or biopharmaceutical organizations.

Familiarity with federal grant funding and biopharmaceutical industry funding sources.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
