Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the support team, contributing to various essential functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Dothan, AL

Pay Range: $15 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform general reception, clerical, and filing duties.

Update daily/monthy participation from members

Maintain records of sales of lockboxes, luncheons, donations, and any other items to be included in statements.

Conduct audits and manage data entry, along with office cleanup tasks.

What's Needed?

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
