Austin Industries has an outstanding opportunity for an IT Clerk at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. The IT Clerk assists with mobile device logistics, processes service tickets, and supports IT asset handling. Responsibilities include ordering and returning iPhones/iPads, managing user line changes, monitoring internal company email inbox, assisting with laptop imaging, and handling shipping and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities:

Order new hire equipment

Working tickets out of the queue

Disconnect and suspend phone lines as needed and review current active phone lines

Process returned assets

Monitor internal email boxes and provide general support

Assist with various reporting needs

Assist with shipping items and receiving packages

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

0 - 1 years of experience in administrative support

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Must be highly organized with an attention to detail

Be an effective communicator with strong customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED or higher

Working Knowledge of MS Office
