As a Security Officer - Manufacturer in Tempe, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution, where you will monitor access, conduct routine patrols, respond to security-related concerns, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a professional environment. Tue05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Wed05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Thur05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Fri05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial institution and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted locations, and report suspicious activity and/or policy violations.

Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
