Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Long term contract with potential for temporary to permanent!

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Coordinator , you'll play a key role in supporting customers and helping ensure orders move smoothly from quote to delivery.

Preparing and processing customer quotes

Entering and managing customer orders

Following up on orders and providing status updates

Communicating with customers primarily through phone and email

Managing and responding to inquiries via email

Supporting inside sales activities and helping customers find the solutions they need

Building strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service

Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met

What We're Looking For

Customer service experience in an office environment

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable with Google search engine

Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or related industry is highly preferred

Order entry experience is a strong plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and customer requests

Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
