Recertification Specialist- Assisted Living Facility

Our client, is seeking a Recertification Specialist for a short term project to join their team. You will be part of the leasing team supporting recertifications. The ideal candidate will have at least two years recertification experience and the following skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay $30-34/hr /based on experience

Two years of multi-family residential management experience - minimum two years of LIHTC affordable housing experience preferred.

Proven ability and knowledge with residential recertification processes (within Washington DC preferred).

Strong knowledge and experience of project-based section 8, LIHTC, and other affordable housing programs;

High school education or equivalent;

Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);

Ability to work independently, organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects;

Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property management software;

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);

Knowledge of city, state, and federal programs and regulations;

LIHTC Certification, preferred
