Summary This position serves as the Clinical Application Coordinator (CAC), providing an advanced level of competence in nursing involving direct nursing care and/or developing innovative nursing techniques, practice, and approaches. The position is located in the Division of Clinical Services at the Crownpoint Service Unit (CPSU) in Crownpoint, NM. Plans, develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates the designated software programs. Manages the customization of the sit parameters and addresses integration issues with other software packages. Clinical Duties - performs comprehensive professional nursing duties for the care of patients with a variety of injuries and illnesses in all age groups and their families who present with an unlimited range of health problems; preparing patients for tests, exams, and treatments; triages and provides emergency treatment according to standing orders. Coordinates with IT staff and other application coordinators to implement integrated packages, resolve conflicts, provide secondary support on related software modules, and ensure smooth operations in area where package scope overlaps or is integrated with other service functions.
