How you'll make an impact in this role

Collaborative Patient Care: Design, monitor, and evolve comprehensive plans of care tailored to each patient's unique goals and independent living skills.

Empowerment Through Education: Guide and support families and caregivers, ensuring they have the knowledge, adaptive equipment, and community resources needed for a smooth, confident discharge.

Clinical Leadership: Provide mentorship and clinical oversight to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Therapy Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and compliance.

Continuous Growth: Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, seeking consultations when needed to ensure our patients receive the absolute highest standard of care.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
